ABOUT US
- Rosemarie Poynter-Jubb grew up in Cochrane Alberta and started
showing horses at the age of 5...and the love of horses spiralled
into breeding, and showing at open shows with various breed
shows such as Quarter Horses, Arabians, Paints, Hunters, Warmbloods
and Appaloosas at Local, National and World Level.
- In 1984 Rosemarie started a tack shop called "The Horse Closet"
where she sold new and used tack and show clothing and also washed
and repaired horse blankets.
- For over 25 years Rosemarie has held judging cards for ApHCC and CEF
and Equine Canada, until she hurt her back and gave up her judges
cards.
- Rosemarie's son Jordan was born in 1994 and started showing a pony
and then Appaloosa's.
- In 2003 Rosemarie and Jordan moved to Stirling, Alberta and built
Showtyme Stables
- Rosemarie's back injury prevented her from riding the horses...and
this is when Miniature Horses became her life..........Miniature
